Will you accept books in any condition?

We cannot accept books that are water damaged, missing pages, or torn. Study guides or workbooks must be clean and not be missing any pages to receive proper payment.

How do you determine prices for books?

We constantly evaluate the supply and demand on the market for your books. This allows us to offer the best prices. We update or database on a continual basis to insure you get the best prices for your books.

Do I have to send the CD/Tape that came with the book?

Many times a CD, or cassette will accompany your book when you purchase it. When we quote the price we are paying for a book pay close attention to the title line for w/CD, or w/CD's, or must have CD, or cassette, you MUST enclose these materials with the book in order to receive proper payment.

How long do I have to ship my book(s)?

We ask that you packaged and ship your books as soon as possible. The faster you get them to the post office, the faster you get paid. We issue payment the same day we receive your books. We pride ourselves on fast efficient processing, and want you to get your money as fast as possible.

Who pays the shipping?

We pay the shipping, we include a prepaid shipping label, all you have to do is print it out on your printer, pack your books and attached the label to the box . Take it to the post office and you ar good to go.

Do you accept international editions?

We will not accept international editions. We will discard them according to our acceptance policy.

How fast do I get paid?

We process payment as soon as we receive your books. We unpack the box, check the packing list to insure all books are inside and process your payment. Our streamlined process only takes minutes, this insures that you get your payment faster. The faster we process , the faster you get paid.

Will you keep my information private?

We do not share or provide your Private information to anyone. We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your book shipment, and one when we receive your book(s) and payment has been sent. We respect our customers privacy.

What if I have larger quantities of books?

If you have large quantities of books to sell, please email us with the list and quantities of each title. We will respond promptly and provide you with a quote as soon as possible. Please send emails to cs@collegetextbookbuyers.com

What is the entire selling process?

Here is a brief example of the selling process on our website:

  • Enter the books you are wanting to sell on the website
  • Print a packing slip of the books you are including in your shipment for your records and one for the box containing the shipment
  • Print the "Prepaid" shipping label and attach to the box
  • Take the box to the post office, they take it from there.
  • Box arrives at our location
  • We receive and open your box and verify the books inside.
  • We process books received and issue immediate payment.
  • We notify you by email that your books have been received and processed and that your check has been sent to the name and address you have provided.
